  • Reward Points: For every Rs.150 spent, you earn 1.5 reward points. The maximum allowed redemption is 2500 reward points in a calendar month.
  • Card Protection: For Platinum Master credit card, unauthorised transactions due to lost or stolen cards are covered with insurance for up to 48 hours before you report the loss to IndusInd Bank. Additionally, you are protected against counterfeit fraud, where your card details may be misused to create a fake card and carry out unauthorised transactions. Do note that any fraud occurred before the card is delivered is not covered. Any transactions authenticated using PIN like ATM withdrawals or merchant payments and online transactions completed using OTP are not covered. Insurance covers losses from up to two days before reporting the card loss, including the reporting day and up to seven days after reporting, which also includes the reporting day. The cardholder must report the claim within 15 days from the date of loss to be eligible. The insurance benefit is available only for active cards, meaning the card must have at least one transaction at a POS terminal in the last six months before the loss.
