How to Reschedule Passport Appointment

1. Check the Services column in the left-hand corner of the Applicant Home area now. To view the saved or submitted application, click on it 

1. A table of open applications will appear. The option to reschedule the passport appointment is located below the table 

1. The new appointment time can be chosen based on your schedule 

1. Pay as needed and keep an acknowledgment receipt.

1. To reschedule your appointment, go to the closest passport office 

1. Inform the passport officer of your rescheduling when you speak with them

You need to carry the following documents to Passport Seva Kendra during the personal interview:

1. On the homepage, click the Check Appointment Availability button on the left 

1. From the list on the passport office tab, select your city

1. Visit the Passport portal and click on ‘Apply for Fresh Passport’ option. 
2. Enter all your details on the online application form.

3. Once you booked your preferred appointment time and date at the PSK you have chosen, you will be redirected to the online payment page.

1. Once the payment is made, you can take the printout of the application receipt comprising appointment number or Application Reference Number (ARN).
2. Finally, you need to visit the PSK on the selected date and time along with the supporting documents such as identity proof, address proof, proof of nationality, and photograph.

1. Visit the official website of Passport Seva.
